2. Service Description

Level10 provides financial coaching, credit analysis, and lender matching services. We are NOT a lender, credit repair service, or financial advisor. Our role is to:

• Analyze your credit and financial profile
• Provide educational content and improvement recommendations
• Connect you with lenders for potential funding opportunities
• Track your progress toward financial goals

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Credit Authorization

By using Level10, you authorize us to access your credit reports through soft inquiries that do not affect your credit score. You understand that:

• Soft pulls are used for evaluation and coaching only
• You can revoke this authorization at any time
• We will never access your credit without prior authorization
• All credit data is handled in compliance with FCRA

5. Subscription and Payment

Level10 operates on a subscription model ($10/month). You agree that:

• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time without penalty
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice

6. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Results: While we provide coaching and recommendations, we cannot guarantee credit improvement or loan approval.

Not Financial Advice: Level10 provides educational content, not personalized financial advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor for specific guidance.

Third-Party Lenders: We connect you with lenders but are not responsible for their lending decisions, terms, or practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Level10 Financial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@level10.financial.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Level10 is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
